Workshop Fitness Suite: A well-equipped gym featuring the latest aerobic and resistance equipment to support various workout routines.

Astro Turf Pitches: Two floodlit artificial grass football pitches, including a 7-a-side Astro Turf pitch and a full-sized 3G Astro Turf pitch, suitable for training and matches.

Fitness Classes: A variety of classes for adults, including Tums & Bums, Morning Movers, Circuits, and Lunchtime HIIT sessions. Senior fitness classes are also available.

Martial Arts and Dance: Martial arts classes such as Karate and Kickboxing, as well as Line Dancing sessions for different skill levels.
